The protective effect of α7-nACh receptor and its interaction with 5-HT1B/1D receptors in acute intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats Issue 1, 2022

The first part demonstrate the Glu involvement in the pathophysiology of intestinal IR. Then protective effects of the α7-nACh receptor are shown in the second part. The final part indicates that 5-HT1B/1D receptors through the Glu release reduction have functional interaction with the α7-nACh receptor in modulating destructive impacts of intestinal IR injury.
